Content & Community Producer The Content and Community producer will write all content for the site, take development responsibility for certain high-level pages, manage the eLance community, and develop community pages

Job Description
Conceptualize and design category homepages, BBS and other community pages
Work with Market Makers to manage community boards
Design and oversee ListServs, HTML email and other broadcast messages
Create Spotlights and other featured items
Design and implement a "featured" content strategy
Conduct online user polls Write and implement FAQ's, help (including contextual help), illustrated guides and other content
Assist in project managing and conceptualizing upgrades to the home page and site navigation
